Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ₦10,000 (ten thousand naira), whichever is greater.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
